Successful appeal for donations thanks to Post’s own high-quality advertising inventory
The valuable data inventory on Swiss Post’s own advertising spaces was used for the first time for a Red Cross donation campaign to benefit those affected by the war in Ukraine.
The goal of the fundraiser for the Ukraine war was to quickly generate as much support as possible for the people in need. The underlying principle of the campaign was that the more people it reached, the better. In a cross-media campaign, the target group was addressed with messages from the Swiss Red Cross on three channels: display banners in the “My consignments” notification e-mail, personalized e-mails and a letter sent by post. The attempt to use only Swiss Post’s own data on exclusively Swiss Post advertising channels was effective and proved successful.

Personalized e-mail to responders from the banner display phase.

Personalized e-mail to responders from the banner display phase.
