Flyer distribution made easy
The all-inclusive service for printing and distributing your flyers

The price depends on the size of the distribution area, the format, the paper quality and the paper strength. The Flyer Service will show you the current price at any time. In the final step, you can pay directly online by TWINT, PostFinance, e-finance or Visa/Mastercard.

Choose the right paper for your flyer from a range of formats and different paper qualities and thicknesses. If required, you can also order additional copies for your own use. We will post these to you shortly before distribution.

Format

Upload the PDF in one of the following formats:

• A4: 214 mm x 301 mm
• A5: 152 mm x 214 mm

A 2 mm cut is made on each side, resulting in the following final formats:

• A4: 210 mm x 297 mm
• A5: 148 mm x 210 mm

Ensure that important elements such as images, logos and text are positioned 2 to 3 mm from the edge. Cut marks are not necessary.

Font size

We recommend using a font size that is larger than 8 pt and line spacing of over 0.5 pt in order to guarantee the best possible legibility.

Colour mode and image resolution

Ensure that your data is in CMYK colour mode and that the image resolution is 300 dpi. Only PDFs can be uploaded to the Flyer Service.

Once you have placed your order, we require ten working days for processing and printing. From the eleventh working day onwards, we can send your flyer. Please therefore allow at least two weeks. If any public holidays fall within this period, then the process will take longer.

You can track the progress of your order at any time in your personal order cockpit. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the status of your order changes or if an action is required from you.

We produce your flyers with our partner merkur. This Swiss printing company places great value on high quality and uses natural printing ink, unprocessed printing plates and certified paper.

You choose the area in Switzerland in which you want Swiss Post to distribute your flyer. We deliver your flyers as unaddressed advertising together with the daily mail. Recipients with a “No advertising” sticker will not receive the flyers.

You can choose from the following options:

• Private customers, commercial: delivery to all letter boxes and private customer P.O. Boxes without a “No advertising” sticker.
• Single and multi-family homes, commercial: delivery to all single and multi-family homes in the selected region without a “No advertising” sticker.
• Official consignments: delivery to all private customer letter boxes and private customer P.O. Boxes without a “No advertising” sticker. Suitable for communications from public authorities or political parties.
