With OnTime Mail, letters and mailings are delivered to all recipients in Switzerland on the same day. The service is suitable for time-limited sales campaigns, multi-stage mailings and integrated communication measures.

How OnTime Mail works

    Define addresses

    Define the addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein that you would like to reach with your consignment.

  2. 2

    Check the volume

    Make sure that you are sending at least 10,000 consignments.

  3. 3

    Choose the delivery day

    Choose your preferred delivery day between Monday and Saturday. Please be aware that we do not deliver consignments on public holidays.

  4. 4

    Register consignments

    Register your consignment seven days before your chosen delivery date using the “Send advance notice of letter mail” online service. If you are having the consignments delivered on Saturday, include the A Mail label.

  5. 5

    Hand in consignments

    Submit the consignments four days before your chosen delivery date. Hand them in sorted or unsorted at selected acceptance points.

All prices in CHF, incl. VAT

Unsorted bulk consignments that have to be sorted by hand are regarded as special consignments and incur additional costs. The surcharge is CHF 0.25 per consignment for postcards and standard letters over 6 mm thick.

For standard and midi letters between 20 mm and 50 mm, we charge a format surcharge of CHF 2.00 per consignment.

Larger, thicker and heavier items must be sent as parcels.
