Getting heard nationwide with a combination of online and offline channels
Hearing Day was celebrated on 3 March 2022. Neuroth wanted to use the media attention to acquire new customers through a cross-media campaign, and it was a huge success!
The leading auditory acoustics company, Neuroth Hörcenter AG, used Hearing Day in spring 2022 as an opportunity to expand its customer base. Using a combination of online and offline channels, Neuroth presented its range of services to the target group over a four-week period, and those in-terested were invited to make an appointment for a consultation. The coordination of content, form and timing boosted the campaign’s overall impact. It showed that even a product requiring intensive consultation can be successfully marketed by correctly defining the target group, channel selection and message.
Awareness:
Campaign set-up and playout of display ads with 2,000,000 ad impressions, of which 500,000 were unique.
Set-up of the e-mail campaign, including HTML template, graphics and design. 480,000 e-mails sent.
Remarketing:
E-mail campaign set-up, including HTML template, graphics and design. 50,000 e-mails sent to responders in awareness phase.
Data export for creation of custom audience on existing Neuroth social media accounts.
Reminder:
Coordination of a bulk mailing of postcards, including a voucher for a free hearing test. 12,000 postcards sent to responders from the previous e-mailing.
